Scott co-founded Big 3 Consulting in 2003 after working for 6 years at the largest national search firm in the world, Management Recruiters International.
Prior to Big 3, Scott was consistently recognized as being a top performer for his accomplishments in filling critical sales and sales management roles for his clients in the technology arena. He was recognized as a Top 10 Performer in 4 of those years, ranking him in the top 5 percent out of 5,000 peers nationally. His competitive nature, ability to effectively communicate with people, and his ability to build strategic relationships have been critical to his success.
Scott received his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Brigham Young University. Scott speaks fluent Portuguese and conversational Spanish. He played collegiate baseball for four years while attending BYU. Scott is also an avid snowmobiler and water-skier.

Chris Durrant has been recruiting in the software and technology space since 1999. Prior to forming Big 3 Consulting in 2003, Chris was top ten in the western region for four years at Management Recruiters International and top 5 percent out of 5,000 peers nationally. Chris was awarded the pacesetter trip on several occasions at MRI and was Rookie of the Year in 2000.
Chris recruits on every position within sales, channel sales, and business development divisions in software companies. He has focused in several niches within the software industry with a heavy focus in sales and marketing solutions including: email marketing, CRM, SFA, behavioral analytics, and streaming video.
Chris attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah where he majored in History and minored in English and Japanese. He speaks Japanese fluently and has basic communicative skills in Russian. Chris is a golf addict and still holds out hope that the Cubs can win the World Series in his lifetime.

Dan is originally from New England, but has been living in Utah since 2007. Dan is a licensed physical therapist, and has been recruiting in the technology sales market since 2008. Dan has a very outgoing personality, and is very talented in understanding good versus exceptional talent. He has made a huge contribution to Big 3 in his first year in the business.
Dan has an affinity for the outdoors, whether it be snowmobiling, racing 4-wheelers, or keeping up with his two boys’ activities.

Devin Hale began his Recruiting career in 2005 when he was asked to manage the recruitment for top positions within one of the largest Philanthropy institutions in the U.S. Devin continued to have a successful career in Marketing/Sales and Recruiting as the President of Marketing for Kenilworth's marketing division, Windsor Marketing. He successfully developed and implemented strategies that established a strong patient base within the first year of opening a number of multi discipline Dental offices, in addition to creating a successful recruiting division to fill all of the staffing needs. Prior to joining Big 3 Consulting in September, Devin was instrumental as the Executive Vice President of E-Systems Management; the largest independent distributor of wireless services in the Desert Southwest to increase sales, breaking all previous month over month sales records as a company. His positive energy, hard work and ability to communicate effectively have been essential to his success.
Devin completed his B.B.A. in Marketing-Sales at Idaho State University. Devin is married with 3 beautiful children, thanks to their mom! He also enjoys camping, fishing, golf and spending quality time with his family.

One of the newest members of Big 3 Consulting, John comes over from the world of health and wellness following a 20+ year career as a fitness director and personal trainer, helping folks of all shapes and sizes improve their individual health and happiness. Now he spends his days helping in a different capacity; assisting computer software companies with their critical staffing needs. Experienced in working on filling all sales positions within the technology arena, John specializes in the areas of email marketing, social media, and mobile applications.
John earned his Bachelor's degree in the field of physical education from Brigham Young University, where he was also fortunate enough to earn all-WAC honors pitching for their nationally ranked baseball team. John brings a hard-working, team-oriented approach to the firm and looks forward to a long, successful recruiting career.
