Engaging Us

Our flexible options include:

Contingency Searches. Our service fee is on a contingency basis. It would be payable only if a candidate enters into a service relationship with you or ANY of your affiliates within one year after our most recent submittal of the candidate. Our service fee is 30% of the candidate’s first year’s salary.

Retained Searches. We recommend this option when seeking multiple searches and where time is a critical factor. As part of our retained search services, we create and execute a search strategy tailored to your specific requirements.
